The Womens Option Centre is for women who have experienced childhood abuse, with a focus on sexual abuse. This centre was born out of a personal journey and lived experience, with the aim of helping others through their own journeys. We understand the unique challenges you face because we've been there.

A Survivor's Message: You Can Overcome

The single most important thing we want you to take away from our story is this: We have overcome, and so can you. We are survivors, and our centre is built on the belief that healing and hope are possible, no matter what you've been through.

We understand that speaking about your experience is one of the biggest challenges you will face. At The Womens Option Centre, we offer support without judgement, drawing on lived experience to provide a safe and understanding environment. We are not councillors, but fellow travellers on the path to healing.
